Zac Murtha Homes meets and exceeds client expectations through our specialized building program. The entire process has been streamlined to provide an enjoyable and hassle-free experience.
Our approach to custom home construction is truly unique; it is founded on building maximum trust between the homeowner and the builder. We work one-on-one with each of our homeowners to establish a construction budget that meets their financial and personal goals. Our homeowners are educated on all aspects of the process, and have input as to what construction techniques and materials are used in the construction of their new home.
In our business plan, our company receives a flat fee for construction management of the home. The fee is based primarily on square footage of the structure. The fee is established during the budgeting phase and does not change through the course of construction.
